Info:This is the full set of St. Louis Bi-State Chapter Red Cross pogs / milkcaps.

The caps were distributed at the American Red Cross regional campaign held at St. Louis Union Station in March of 1995. Kids could drag their parents through the station stopping at tables to pick up a milkcap with a safety message on one side and a J. C. Penny (sponsor) "Doing it right" message on the flip side. You had to stop at eight tables and listen to the safety message before receiving the caps. Tournaments were held throughout the day.

The set consists of eight caps with the following messages: Help Can't Wait (the theme of the event); Be prepared; Throw Don't Go; Play it Safe; Be Cool Follow the Rules; Keep A Disaster Kit; Call 911 and AIDS Know the Facts, (probably one of the very few AIDS awareness milkcaps in existence). There is also an extra cap with the American Red Cross logo.

A high quality 4-color process was used to print the caps, which were produced by Aladdin Litho Inc.
