Info:Chupa Caps came in a large (tall) plastic Cap container with 10 Caps, 1 Slammer and 2 Chupa Chups Lollipops.

Glow in the dark Chupa Caps had glow in the dark paint on them, so if exposed to a light source for a bit, then put in the dark, the special paint on them would glow.
