World Flip Federation > Slammers

Number in series: Tags: Plascot, Slammers, WFF, World Flip Federation
Info:These slammers probably accompanied the Football Technik World Flip Federation caps produced by Plascot. On one side most of them have an image of a football, with a patent number of 3744235. Looking up this patent number, it appears to be a 1971 patent for a "Timepiece indicating time by generated images in sets".

Round the edge on the front side, it says "High performance slammer". The slammers are constructed of single colour moulded plastic, and have dimples round the edge rather than being a plain circle.

As well as the slammers with a football back, there is also a red slammer with two finger marks on the back instead. This has a different patent number on the back, which doesn't seem to be valid at all.

Thanks to Aeren Baker for most of the images below, and to Pavel for the images of the black plastic slammer.
